The location of this hotel was ideal for a visit revolving around an event at the Convention center. It is minutes walk, great food options are super close including Reading Terminal Market which is amazing. I loved being in China Town and the hotel had ample parking spaces in the lot adjacent [though the price to park in Philly is high no matter where you are]. We parked our car upon arrival and never needed it again until we left. Even though breakfast was only listed as weekends, the hotel still provided some complimentary options even on the 1 weekday of our stay and selection on weekend mornings was nice - some hot and cold options. Waffles, turkey bacon, cereal, yogurts, juices and coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and I'd go back. Location is super convenient.

Well with covid still around, the breakfast was still good. One thing that I am not crazy about is the small pillows that they have on the beds, they are smaller than a standard pillow, otherwise happy with the room. It is right around the corner from the Reading Market as well as other stores and even a movie theater that serves meals. Bus station is right by it as well as Septa Train Station (Jefferson). The rooms aren't large, but they are comfortable.

the breakfast was well, the room quiet and the location in China town was unique. My room mate had concerns about the security of the hotel on October 2, 2021 which we discussed with the manager upon check out as she saw someone come through the door where breakfast is served and he followed her on the elevator asking inappropriate questions about looking for a room....

Alison

Very Professional, well run, helpful, polite staff. Great Location. Really good breakfast with hot and cold food, coffee and tea. I slept very well. It is an older hotel with thinner walls and ceiling, so expect some noise. Easily solved by sleeping with earplugs. There was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. I would stay again.

Everything was PERFECT! Mia, the manager went above and beyond with her amazing guest services and Melissa was a total sweetheart! Both of the fabulous women made our stay the absolute best we’ve ever had in Philly and we travel there at least 3-4 times a year. My husband and I both agreed this is our new home away from home.
