Good convenient location. Continental breakfast included. Many places to either dine at or acquire food to go. Pleasant staff. Clean comfortable bed and room. Public transportation stops nearby.

The staff was really great, especially Ayana, the receptionist who checked me in. Also, the other ones I interacted with always smiled and were ready to help. The location is also another highlight. Though it's Chinatown - which tends to feel a bit messy - it's centric and close to a lot of shops, public transportation, museums, and restaurants.

The location was excellent. This location is within walking distance the terminal market, city hall, the ferry, and the fashion district. The staff were very helpful.

Location is great. Room was clean, staff let me leave my suitcase until the evening when I checked out, which I appreciate.

- Great AC - Pretty central - Very comfortable beds - Breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles, croissants and other bread stuff), orange juice and apple juice - WiFi - Own Bathroom - Fridge and microwave in room, also got instant coffee bags, sugar and water cooker

Well with covid still around, the breakfast was still good. One thing that I am not crazy about is the small pillows that they have on the beds, they are smaller than a standard pillow, otherwise happy with the room. It is right around the corner from the Reading Market as well as other stores and even a movie theater that serves meals. Bus station is right by it as well as Septa Train Station (Jefferson). The rooms aren't large, but they are comfortable.

Super clean, comfortable and convenient next to the city center (Convention center is 2 minutes away). Nice staff and way better fromt he inside than you expect when see the outside.

Very Professional, well run, helpful, polite staff. Great Location. Really good breakfast with hot and cold food, coffee and tea. I slept very well. It is an older hotel with thinner walls and ceiling, so expect some noise. Easily solved by sleeping with earplugs. There was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. I would stay again.
